I’ve been a patient at Cape Ann Medical center for about 6 years… I continuously saw Nurse Jocelyn, incredibly compassionate, she retired last year & I was considering switching pcp offices altogether as I honestly did not have the same experiences with other Nurses (unfortunately)… my mind changed when I was in desperate need of an urgent appointment & was scheduled with Nurse NP Christine Sicard for the first time - I have only great things to say about her; Takes her time/listens, caring, friendly & that continues on subsequent appointments with her so. I also have had a similar positive, caring, knowledgeable experience with Nurse, NP Juliana via Telehealth appointments. Thank you both for the service you give. I appreciate you a lot considering I’ve unfortunately become a frequent patient at the moment.

Brooke Newbury Genuinely great. Really sweet staff and solid doctors and nurses. These days we rely on urgent care too much because we can never get a PCP visit in time, cape Ann medical is bringing back the amazing ability to call and get a quick appointment with people who are wonderful and care about your health.

Heather Sowell NP is amazing. Her compassion, knowledge and always listening attentively to my concerns puts me at ease every time I see her. At the end of my visit she always finds a way to make me smile.

I have been a patient of Dr. Maguire's for over 20 years. He is a terrific Doc, very careful, keeps an eye on the important matters and friendly. I recommend Dr. Maguire very enthusiastically.

The CAMC Staff has risen to the most extraordinary challenges of both myself and my mother, 2 disabled patients with a care and services load i hope no one ever has to experience. The land of insurance and drug companies is truly the dark web. If it were not for the entire staff from top to bottom of the CAMC jumping through hoops for us to help us meet our needs, i do not think we would still be here. We are and will always be forever grateful for their service and sacrifice.

In this time of COVID the office was most careful in their protocols and demonstrated tremendous compassion for all patients.

In difficult times. During a serious health issue. My Primary care physician, Dr. Pawson and his PA staff have helped above and beyond.

Pleased with the courtesy, promptness and follow through on suggested shots and evaluations. The atmosphere was unhurried and staff listened carefully to my concerns. Highly recommend!
